Tantric breathing incorporates the basic Hatha yoga principles of breathe, movement, intention & sound. We just amp it up a bit to increase sexual energy and that heart/love connection we all look for. This breath allows us to connect with The Source, the love that is our birthright, partner or no partner. This consciousness breathing has the ability to bring insight to the emotional blocks that keep you from feeling your feelings.
This innate, natural energy creates a healthy body/mind awareness with loads of self-love to express.
A Tantric Breathwork technique that we’ll be exploring is called orgasmic reflex response. This breath opens you up to increased sexual energy and helps you control your orgasmic reflex, either to increase the energy or recycle the energy for a higher use. Other techniques will teach you how to control and sustain this energy to your fullest pleasure and potential.
Tantric Puja Circle.
In the Hindu tradition, puja means gift. Gifts are usually brought to the Guru (teacher) for the wisdom the teacher shares. In the Tantric tradition, we are all teachers and students, giver and receiver of the gift and we are also the gift.
In this sacred circle our intention is kept on our opened hearts and opened minds. As we call in the divine, feel your sacred heart open from the inside out. Experience God/Goddess in all that you see. We bring this light to various situations to help release old baggage and limiting beliefs around relationship. Once we shine light on a situation, new possibilities open up and old patterns dissolve away. Leaving only love and an endless reservoir of energy to share. Setting the stage/mood for the rest of the weekend and the rest of your life.
